They are priced at that mid tier level between high street fashion and designer (I think we are calling them “contemporary” brands now?) so they are relatively affordable but don’t really skimp on quality and retain that luxury feel. There needs to be more reviews on Furla bags, so let me start with Portagioia.

Review | Coola SPF30 Makeup Setting Spray

If you are a makeup girl like me, you know that no matter how many times dermatologists/skincare experts/instructions on the back of sunscreen packaging tell you to reapply your sunscreen, that ain’t gonna happen. How am I going to put an SPF cream on top of a powdered and mascara-ed face? I won’t. So you can see how an SPF setting spray is filling out an obvious market gap.

Brand Spotlight: United Nude Shoes

I first learned about United Nude when I was on the first semester of Architecture – a good friend that I’ve met during those classes, an absolute fashionista that had a budget that was well over our typical broke-student-spare-money, introduced me to the brand as something that combined architecture with our mutual love of shoes.

And she was right, the ethos of the brand revolves around architectural shapes, structures and designs – all applied to shoe making.
