It finally got here!
In order to get the Cult Beauty Self Care goody bag I purchased the RIKI Skinny mirror (review coming soon). I have been lusting for a good makeup mirror that would mimic natural lighting and allow me to do my makeup well even at night, but those things are expensive. At £175, it was the perfect time to get it, because the Cult Beauty Goody Bag required a minimum spending of £170.
Here are my thoughts and opinions about the goody bag.
I have to credit Lady Writes (on youtube) for this, as she was the first to post about this (that I saw) and warn that this limited edition beauty box will be available February 22nd. She did a whole unboxing, I suggest you watch her video. The page for purchasing the beauty box is already available on Look Fantastic’s website (here). The product appears as sold out but I believe it’s because it did not launch yet and will became available for sale next Monday.
After getting everything and anything that has ever been on my beauty wish list the past year, this year I’ve been trying to curb my spending, specially when it comes to makeup. I’ve been pretty successful thus far. This is the first makeup item I got in 2021, so you know it has to be something special.
It combines two of my favourite things: Guerlain’s Météorites and blush.
The first big goody bag from Cult Beauty is coming. I received an email today with the 24h priority access to it this goody bag (for being a frequent customer, I guess?). So I’m assuming it will be advertised in the Cult Beauty website tomorrow for everyone to see. I already placed an order and it’s on its way to me. Read ahead to see what comes in this goody bag.
I started my Christmas shopping really early this year. Seriously. I was sooo ahead with gifts for myself. Still, I didn’t manage to snatch this up the first time it showed up (it was September! my bikini was still wet!!). I had to wait for a restock.
I don’t need excuses to buy beauty products, but it’s nice to have them. I’m new to the beauty advent calendar mania (I know, it’s surprising, but they didn’t use to come by easily in Portugal), so this year I’ve been paying more attention. I was already down for the LookFantastic Advent Calendar when this thing dropped – 11 full size products for 85 pounds. Yes, want, mine.
You know that feeling when you just found something so inconspicuous to be so amazing? Like randomly choosing a wine at the supermarket and finding out it’s the best red you’ve ever had. Like, Emma Stone could never.
This is what these five products are – better than Emma Stone. Surprisingly so.
This is the final post on this series, and it had to be dedicated to my favourite makeup thing: blush. I love blush. This is an old tag, but very fun to answer nonetheless. Any excuse to stare and swatch my blushes really, I’m happy with.
